Shearling Suede Coat - over 40+ years old.

Hello Roger,
I have a 40+ years old (but hardly worn) shearling/suede coat that has always been very stiff.
I have run out of ideas to loosen up the stiffness and the coat is uncomfortable to try and “wear out” the stiffness in its current state.
I want to try your products but am unsure how much to buy for an effective treatment.
The coat is car coat length, women’s size 10.
I plan on trying the Hydrator 3.3, Fatliquor 5.0, and Protector W.
I assume each will come with instructions for use but ask for you guidance in how much will be required for a treatment.
In taking pics noticed stain near hem of the coat.
What should I use for that?
Not sticky or anything, it just feels dry.
