Scandinavian Designs Bi-Cast Leather Couch – finishes layer bubbling and peeling!

We bought a bi-cast leather couch at Scandinavian Designs about 5 years ago and the back rest of the couch is now bubbling and the top (colored) layer is peelings.
The fabric underneath is intact.
Would your products help us restore the look of our couch?
It is a dark black/brown and has a smooth texture with a gloss to it.

To repair the peeling will need Bond-3D to bond the flap down.
