Picture #1 shows Ink Remover-7.7 (a.k.a Prep-7.7) application neatly onto Sharpie Permanent Marker on White Leather.

Picture #2 shows Ink Remover-7.7 works by Penetrating, Lubricating & Suspending the Permanent Marker.

Picture #3 shows Extraction with cotton swab of Emulsified Stains.

Picture #4 shows rinsing emulsified stains with water.

Picture #5 shows Bleach-10.3 application with a bamboo stick from a plastic cap after mixing with hot water.

Picture #6 shows the final result.
