I have this leather seat in a 2010 BMW, where a red towel (dry) transferred onto the seat. I've tried all the various LeatherMasters cleaners, and other various cleaners and NOTHING would work, I didn't even get color transfer to my cloth. I'm bummed out, I've never had to tell a client I couldn't improve something.........is this just beyond helping?

Here are the pics:

Unknown contents of cleaners and rubbing may push the stain deeper into the leather finish, which may make removal more difficult.

However, see this Leather Ink and Dye Stain Removal Kit in this link

I got out about 70% of the crocking, I need to go back and allow 7.7 to dwell some more. the dwell time is the key, I think, anyway to speed up the process.

A warm weather like this summer will certainly help.

Avoid rubbing, just blot-up the suspended dyes at interval (1 to 3 hrs).

An overnight dwell will certainly remove most of the remainder.

The key is in the penetrating, lubricating and suspending of the dye stains to be extracted with absorbent paper towel.

Remember, the sticky residue is to be clean with Cleaner-3.8 and Rinse-3.0 to a squeaky clean.

When the stain is 100% gone after Rinse-3.0; Topcoat Micro-72S (satin) may be applied to match the original.

Thereafter; Leather Scent-B is a non-stick, rub-resistance protector to resist sticky soiling and reduce wear.

The above is the general structure for dye stain removal.

Can you show us some pictures?

Here are some photos, the perforated seat is such a pain to work on. I'm sure an over night dwell would greatly help if not eliminate it all.
