Taubman analine leather rolling chair

Hi roger, I work with chets cleaning. we received this analine leather chair and we were looking to do the full restoration to it. it has some deep scratches or "gauges" with chatter marks so Im guessing something dragged across the seat but the main issue as you can tell is the water damage. just hoping to get some advice on what process or products you'd recommend. will need dye as well
