Good evening, Mr. Koh,

I found your name and product on here:
http://www.leathercleaningrestorationforum.com/forum/showthread.php?7254-Ugg-Boots%85How-to-Restore-Water-Damages-of-Stains-Suppleness-and-the-%93Finger-Writing-Effect%94-back-to-the-Original-Condition

I wanted to touch base with you to see if, realistically, your product would be able to help me out, or if I am SOL.

Long story short, I got a large spot of black latex paint on my wife's UGGs. In a panic, I used some water, a upholstery cleaner with a brush (Turtle Wax Oxy Power Out!) and a latex paint remover (Motsenbockers Lift Off Latex Paint and Overspray Paint Remover). Needless to say, these did not do that job, and may have made things worse.

I am going to have to buy my wife a new pair of UGGs, but I wanted to see if these were rescuable to at least a level that is presentable? I used a high resolution camera to take photos to give you as much detail as possible, and I put them in the Dropbox folder below.

Please let me know what your opinions are. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Use this Suede (S.u) - Ugg Boots - Suede Problem solving Guide.

Product system recommended for both the suede and the wool is Kit-U3

Instructional Tips:

1 - The crusty nap is restored with Eraser-5 as the first process.
2 - The entire suede is clean out with CleanSuede-3.8 without leaving any dry panel to avoid rings or lines until the towel shows clean.
3 - Any excess bleeding if any from fugitive’s dyestuff is controlled with Acidifier-2.0 until extraction towel shows clean.
4 - Hydrator-3.3 is used both to remove penetrated soiling and relax the suede at the same time.
5 - Fatliquor-5.0 is replenished to retain the leather suppleness when dry and this process is repeated as fat and oil has penetrated and water content evaporates.
6 - The leather is left to slow drying.
7 - When crispy dry use Eraser-5 to reset the nap.
8 - Apply Non-stick, rub-resistant protection with Protector-W and brush with suede Brush to restore nap when dry.

Let me know if you need further help.
