My dog scratched my leather couch (full top grain, full aniline dyed leather), camel colored.
These are the scratches.
Do you think they are fixable?
Could you tell me what products I need to repair it?

>>> These are the scratches. Do you think they are fixable?

Looks like the topcoat are scratched off.
Yes! They are fixable.

>>> Could you tell me what products I need to repair it?

The main product to fix it is by AnilineTop-21G.
The holistic approach would include this sequence:

1 – Degreasing to prepare the surface free of oily or greasy soiling:
Degreaser-2.2 > Rinse-3.0 > Acidifier-2.0.

2 – Leather Rejuvenating:
Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 system

3 – Dry Preparation:
Remove the remaining topcoat with fine sanding to even out uneven appearances.

4 – Top Coat Application:
Using AnilineTop-21G with fine sanding in between dried coatings.

5 – Rub-Resistant Protection:
Use leather scented Protector-B+ or the scentless version Protector-B.

Leather Doctorฎ Kit A6.tc, aniline leather topcoat refinishing kit is designed for topcoat repairs from friction wear, accidental scratch, scuff and abrasion to deteriorating greasy sweat stains. These topcoat damages are identified as white, dull or darkening stain from bare body contacts. Accidental whitish damages in most cases are free of soiling and direct AnilineTop-21G application with in between dry sanding rectifies most damages. Repairs to topcoat from daily wears that dulls will require a degreasing to remove penetrated rub-in soiling prior to topcoat application in a sequence process including Degreaser-2.2 follows with Rinse-3.0; Hydrator-3.3 follows with Fatliquor-5.0 prior to topcoat application. In a greasy and sweaty topcoat damaged areas especially to the headrest and armrest, a deep degreasing is essential follows with Acidifier-2.0 to stabilize the hydrogen bonding between the protein fibers with the other leather constituent like the tanning agent, dyestuff and fatliquor. This deep degreasing process is assisted by leather Eraser-4 in both the wet and dry cleaning process to remove soiling particulates off the leather surface. Hydrator-3.3 helps in the colloidal water movement bringing suspended soiling particulates to resurface through a dwelling and wicking process. Fat and oil is replenished by Fatliquor-5.0 in an emulsion form to penetrate into the leather structure. Once the fat and oil is hydrogen bond with the protein fiber, the water content breaks free leaving a breathing space for natural transpiration. The fat plumps the leather with fullness preventing the leather structure from collapsing during compressing and flexing while the oil lubricates the fiber from sliding smoothly over one another like millions of connecting hinges. Protector-B+ impart a non-stick, rub-resistant surface with a buttery feel helps reduce friction wear to the topcoat and extended a high level of appearance for a longer period of time. When the leather is contaminated with foreign soiling, it is essential to look at topcoat refinishing in a holistic approach. Note that the cleaning and rejuvenating products suffix denotes its pH value in this leather-safe aniline leathers topcoat refinishing system.

>>> So for my issue you don't think I will need to use color?

The issue here is topcoat damages - will simply need a matching topcoat repair!
Color is only secondary consideration.
You will need to understand about color prior to using them.
There are two choices either Aniline-21 or Aniline-76.
An example of ‘Coating’ dyestuff:

Need to know their particular function or characteristic prior to using them to match existing problem.

Here is some information about topcoats:

Most smooth leather will come to a stage that develops topcoat damages as being part of its useful life cycle. Topcoat damages may vary from leather types and it may manifest as stickiness, common to bicast leather from perspiration contamination; scaly flaking or mud cracking to aniline leathers through ageing and streaks from alkaline overexposure are a common occurrence to pigmented leathers. Accidental damages include usage or moving or pet scratches. The objective of the topcoat is to impart a film forming coating that provides abrasion and stain resistance to the colorcoat, besides intensifying the color intensity it also amplifies and magnifies the beauty of the aniline leather crust. Some topcoat forms discontinuous film especially from nitrocellulose that allows greater transpiration to take place. Others will sooner develop micro crazing especially the finer aniline topcoat, while the micro-pigmented leather may take a longer time. When topcoat is cross-linked, its performances increase from stickiness for the common bicast leather sticky problem. A wide variety of topcoats is available, with both ingredient and formulation varied to suite the requirement of the leather usage; not only in terms of luster level like gloss, satin or matte; but also in terms of flexibility and breathability, etc. Ingredient used includes elastomeric, acrylic, nitrocellulose, urethane, etc. Without this topcoat, the color basecoat would be: a) poor in aesthetics such as appearance and feel; b) susceptible to sticking together or attracting loose dust and dye especially in hot humid condition; c) poor physical properties such as wet rub, sweat resistant and scuff resistant; d) poor in ageing properties such as soil resistant and wet cleaning resistant.

Aniline Topcoat:
The varieties of full-grain aniline leather derive from adult to baby animal, reptile, bird and fish calls for a range of topcoat that matches the feel and luster of the skin as natural as possible. AnilineTop-21N is the finest, most natural breathable for pure-aniline leathers. This topcoat merely locks the dyestuff from crocking or bleeding to a degree with a discontinuous film that allows natural transpiration to take place with a silky or talcum feel of touch. AnilineTop-21W imparts a waxy-matte appearance and feel of touch to match aniline wax leathers. AnilineTop-21G a water based polyurethane topcoat is the most common usage on fine furnishing and handbags for a gloss finish. Micro crazing develops quickly that allows the leather to breathes with sitting or body contact comfort. The satin version AnilineTop-21S has a 25% duller to cut the gloss level for making adjustment to existing luster level. AnilneTop-21G is the strongest in terms of durability and a heavy-duty version AnilineTop-76G is formulated for high performance leather. These urethane topcoats have excellent flow and leveling properties, recoatable and forms a flexible film coat that gives good performing results from friction wear.

AnilineTop-21G:
The recommended choice of topcoat for this existing problem is to use AnilineTop-21G.
The purpose is to magnify or amplify the color beneath to a greater intensity.
Thus solving the missing topcoat problem by blending in with new application.
