Pigmented (Two-Tone) - Aniline leather chair need some help

My blue leather chair is about 15 years old. Over the years when a spill occurs wiping down has taken some of the blue off. It needs a good cleaning and conditioning. The seat leather needs to be tightened. Do I need more that the cleaning kit? Please advise.

Pictures show the missing secondary darker color of a two-tone fashion effect with two or more secondary colors that add depth and character to the leather to create a multi-colored appearance. This effect can be done with various application techniques such as random spraying or spraying through a stencil with different shades of colors.

>>> It needs a good cleaning

Its been 15 years and will require a restorative or corrective cleaning instead. A thorough preparation cleaning for a secondary color refinishing may remove most of damages and deteriorated secondary finishes. A prep cleaning may be perform by using Prep-7.7 > Clean-3.8 > Rinse-3.0. Stripping of surface contamination including partial deteriorated primary coloring may be by Stripper-2.3 > Rinse-3.0. It will depends how thorough the refinishing is going to be will decide which route totake.

A routine surface conditioning with Protector-B+ will reduce friction rubs from wearing off the secondary coloring. It will also reduce friction rubs that reduce overstretching the leather resulting in unnatural creases and wrinkles.

Tightening the leather from overstretching will require below surface treatment with Hydrator-3.3 > Fatliquor-5.0 system. Hydrator-3.3 will relax the leather by and Fatliquor-5.0 to hold it with its fat for plumpness and it oil for suppleness. Further correction is done with Impregnator-26 to tighten up the loose fiber below surface.


>>> Do I need more that the cleaning kit?

Kit Sa7.cl will have the product for refinishing the base color, secondary matching color is an add-on and Impregnator-26 is an option best to apply from the reverse suede side.
