I have also added a picture of the leather jacket for you to look at, so you can help give advice on what type of leather you think it is.

From observation it looks more Nubuck than any other leather types.

A typical nubuck will pick up body soiling that shine and loose its nap.

Positive identification is to use Leather Eraser-4 and rub through a hidden area to check if the leather produces a finger writing effect. Thereafter try it on soil build-up areas to see if the leather somehow returns to the same effect.

Tips:
Looks like this jacket is reversible – that is a double face jacket and can be used both side at will.
Recommended sequence may take this route.

Dry Soil Removal:
#1 Soil removal for both sides, leather Eraser-4 / nubuck Brush-2 on the nubuck side and horsehair Brush-1 on the fabric side follows with vacuuming on both sides.

Wet Soil Removal:
#1 The fabric side is to be clean first: Clean-5.5 > Rinse-4.0 with Brush-1 and leave it to dry.
#2 Nubuck side is generally clean with Clean-3.8 > Rinse-3.0 with Brush-2 / Eraser-4. And leave to dry.
#3 Stubborn soiling areas may require appropriate cleaner (Prep-4.4 or Degreaser-2.2 systems) to match severity of soiling.

Dry Soil Removal:
#1. Wick up soiling is brush with Brush-2 / Eraser-4 to restore the finger effect of the nap.

Mold Decontamination Treatment:
#1 Apply d’Mold-3.6 to the fabric side and leave dry prior to treating to the nubuck side.

Leather Rejuvenation (Soften and Strengthen the Leather Structure):
#1 Hydrator-3.3 to relax the creases and wrinkles while the leather structure is hydrated.
#2 Fatliquor-5.0 is replenished with an even absorption and appearance.

Dry Soil Removal:
#1 Brush-2 and Eraser-4 is again used to restore the finishes.

Protection:
Use Protection-S+

Leather Doctor Kit N3.mk – Nubuck Mold Killer Kit
Leather Doctor® Kit N3.mk, nubuck leather mold killer kit is designed for mold preventive and decontamination care during storage or after growth. Water damaged leathers and storing in a humid condition promotes mold growth. The presence of mold infestation is detected by its characteristic musty odor and moldy appearance. Mold is a living organism and damages are progressive that timely preventive anti-fungicidal control is preferred over corrective restoration. A progressive mold infestation will result in unsightly sinking pits that may require physical removal with refinishing. When leather is store away, a d’Mold-3.6 treatment preserves the leather for a potential period of 8 months. d’Mold-3.6 is a waterbased leather-safe non-phenol fungicide designed to kill mold growth. An effective mold decontamination process would include a restorative cleaning with Prep-4.4, sticky residue removed with Cleaner-3.8 and follows by Rinse-3.0. Mold growth draws its nutrients from the leather fat and oil and will need replenishing. Rejuvenating the leather includes hydrating to relax the stick together fibers and to eliminate surface tension with Hydrator-3.3. Fat and oil follows immediately with Fatliquor LS-5.5 to rejuvenate the leather with suppleness and diffusing a classic leather scent. This follows with d’Mold-3.6 treatment when dry. The surface wear of the leather is greatly reduced with a rub-resistant Protector-S+ that enhances a non-stick draggy-feel to shield against sticky soiling. Note that the mentioned products suffix numbers denotes its pH value in this holistic approach for both leather mold preventive and corrective care on nubuck leathers.
